Current World Issues affecting people

Can the human brain continue to cope with the advancing chaos and
threats in the world? We've come so far over the last few hundred
years at some point I wonder if we'll implode mentally because of all
the stimuli going on in the world which is increasing each passing day.
We went from somewhat simple beings making for ourselves to survive
and trading with other people for what we couldn't do for ourselves.
Now we practically rely on the whole world running somewhat normally to
be in equilibrium in order to provide our source of income, food and
material things.
