This is an Occam's Razor issue. The question is whether
uncountable cardinalities ACTUALLY exist. If they don't then
there is simply nothing for the theorem to prove.

You're deluded. In reality, only uncountable and finite sets exist.
Countable sets are just a piece of fantasy.

However, we can still say of N that it is countable, if of
the non-existent we can truly predicate anything.
