you say
What I say is that your belief that the axiom of reducibility was not in
the 2nd edition of PM
i say
AR may be meantioned in 2nd ED PM it may be in PM
but as an abandoned rejected axiom and PM was with out it
it is very clear
The Cambridge History of Philosophy, 1870-1945- page 154
READ THE CAPITALS
Quote
â??In the Introduction to the second edition of Principia, Russell
REPUDIATED Reducibility as 'clearly not the sort of axiom with which we
can rest content'â?¦Russells own system WITH OUT reducibility was rendered
incapable of achieving its own purposeâ??
I THINK YOU CANT GET PAST THE IDEA THAT AR MIGHT BE IN/MENTIONED IN 2ND ED
PM AND THE FACT THAT IT WAS ABANDONED REJECTED AND PM WAS WITH OUT IT
