Are you asking about
grammar (the status of number words in natural languages),
logic (since you wrote "quantified" and "first order logic"),
applied mathematics (relating the pure number 2 to the measurement "2
Km"), or something else?
Perhaps you need to think out a bit more clearly just what your
question is.
