I thought it might have been an automatic text scrambler that somehow
preserves grammar (or lack thereof) or something like dissociated-
press.
Selective snipping is rather manipulative.
I think verbatim quotes are enough to show what you want to show; your
last sentence stood out in its uncharacteristic unparsability.
