Do you have access to Frege's "Begriffsschrift" ("Conceptual Notation")?
It's all in there. Even the descripton of causation ("All X are P"... I knew
that, actually, sometime....).

One problem with the original text is that Frege's explanation of Logic is
intermingled with the description of how his notation works, iow. you have
to be fairly proficient in logic to disentangle the two.
