You want a photo-initiated polymer (easy) that withstands
sand-blasting (not so easy). If you are making lots of copies of the
same background with small specific changes... wouldn't it be easier
and cheaper to make a silk screen and squeegee on Plasti-Dip or
polyurethane rubber in solvent as the mask (assuming either works)?
Use expensive photoresist to do the small area fine work that keeps
changing.
