Re: ion beam etching of TiO2

Have you measured the resistivity prior to e-beam lithography on your
raw substrate? Once you remove the conductive film and then remove the
sample from any sort of vacuum, the oxide coating should reform VERY
quickly. I don't know the resistivity across the surface oxide. Is
the initial resistivity higher?
