There is no permanent magnet material (at least, not yet) that produces
magnetism at 1100degC. That temperature is above the Curie point of
all existing permanent magnets.
Usually when an application requires a magnetic field in an extremely
hot environment there are two options. One is to use a large
electromagnet outside & surrounding the oven, or to use a large
pemanent magnet assembly (again, outside & surrounding the oven).
