Bill,
You correct in assuming that the flourine will certainly wear out your
injection molding tooling. You might want to look into Hastalloy or any
of the other exotic metals will be better for tooling.
You might want to try an industry expert in Plastic Injection Molding

tool steel used in the die more readily than when molding other
polymers. That might mean that the tool would wear more quickly and
need rework/replacement more often than one would suspect.
