Bill,
You correct in assuming that the flourine will certainly wear out your
injection molding tooling. You might want to look into Hastalloy or any
of the other exotic metals will be better for tooling.

You might want to try an industry expert in Plastic Injection Molding

polymers. That might mean that the tool would wear more quickly and
