most elastic Al or Stainless Steel alloy

Hello,

I'm designing a product that has a 2mm thick metal section that will
flex daily. I was wondering what the best aluminum or stainless alloy
would be. This piece must be food-safe, so if going with aluminum, it
will need to be anodized.
