Sorry, I should have specified that I need up to 4-dimensional
integration; as far as I can tell, TOMS 764 only does two dimensions.

Thanks. Now that I know the "CUBPACK" name, it looks like CUBPACK has a
newer version online at:
http://www.cs.kuleuven.ac.be/~nines/research/CUBPACK/
I'll look into that. (Unfortunately, it looks like this version comes
under a license that is not open-source/free-software.)
