Is the N large enough? Is it greater than 1 so that the -1 (departure)
of any colored ball does not deplete that color totally.

Now, having started with b colors, why should i expect that some will be
depleted? Since you always send out the ball of a color that has the
maximum, i wud expect that no color would get depleted. Or i might be
missing the point here. Can you show a sample sequence of arrivals and
departures, so that we can see why the population of one color would go
down.
