CONFERENCE PROGRAMME:
=====================

The aim of the conference is to bring together interested researchers from
AI and OR, and to give them the opportunity to show how the integration of
techniques from AI and OR can lead to interesting results on large scale and
complex problems. A secondary aim of CP-AI-OR is to provide an opportunity
for researchers in one area to learn about techniques in others.

>>From almost 100 submitted papers, 26 papers have been selected to be
presented in the main program.

MASTER CLASS:
=============

As in previous years CPAIOR'05, a major forum on the Integration of OR
and AI techniques in CP, will be preceded by a one-day Master Class
where leading researchers give introductory and overview talks in a
given area. This year, the topic of the Master Class is
Metaheuristics and Constraint Programming. The Master Class is
intended for PhD students, researchers, and practitioners. A basic
knowledge of Constraint Programming will be expected of participants.

CONFERENCE VENUE:
=================

The conference and the Master Class will take place in a newly refurbished
building of Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, Prague.
This building has a convenient location in the historical city center, in
the area called Lesser Town (Mala Strana) close to local attractions like
Charles Bridge (Karluv most) and Prague Castle (Prazsky hrad).

To participate at Master Class and/or CP-AI-OR 2005 conference you must
register and pay the registration fee. Please use the registration form

A limited number of student grants is available.
