General complex eigen problem

Hi,
does anyone know a good c++ class for solving general nonhermitian
complex eigenvalue problems? I need to solve matrices with rank = 40 +-
a few.
I came across SciMath and the NAG libraries. Wich of those has a better
performance, any experiences?
