Need your advice, thanks

Hello Everyone,
I have the following issue that I can not solve. Now I am turning to the
math community hoping that you could give me the information that I need.
I own an after-school learning center, where we teach and tutor students of
grades 9-12 and college-level in the subjects of math and science.
I am now taking my business to the next level: to tutor students online all
over the US. The way that I plan to do it is to communicate with the
students through an Internet telephone system (such as Skype) and, most
importantly, to use an online platform that allows you and your student to
type-in real time-equations, text, and make simple graphs.
My problem is the following: I know that such platforms exist because they
are routinely used by the big online tutoring companies (such as Tutor DOT
COM and Smart Thinking Dot Com). However, where do I get such platforms? Who
own them? I tried to contact those companies but they would not give me any
information about their source!
If any of you know where to find such platforms or at least if you know if
someone who can develop them, I would be most appreciated. Please contact me
at my email:

Thanks again!
