Q: Good books for non-beginners

Being the happy owner of a copy of the "Numerical recipes", I rarely
am lost for algorithms. Nonetheless, I have been wondering whether
there are other books out there, which might supplement NR with more
advanced algorithms, coverage in areas not dealt with by NR, or simply
provide more insight.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Any suggestions?

Best regards,

Stefan W. Christensen
