There is a video tape series called "Project Mathematics" that shows
computation of pi by concentric circles and other methods that really
amounts to numerical integration. They do not couch it in those
terms, but that is what it is.

The entire series is very entertaining and well done. I would guess
that it's intended target audience is middle school rather than high
school. However, even as an adult I enjoyed the presentations
immensely.
