Hi, I have a summation with 3 parameters m, n, and alpha, where m and
n are natural numbers and alpha is a real number and satisfies
alpha>=1. Is there a way to represent the result into a concise form
of m, n and alpha, e.g., O(m*n/alpha) ? Thanks a lot in advance
The pic link for the summation is as follows:(I put it in a img in
order not to cause any confusion)
