Actually, I think the "derived Picard group" is different from
the "Picard group of the derived category", and that it is the latter
than Urs was asking about.
The former is "the group of auto-equivalences of the derived category
D^b(Mod A) induced by tilting complexes" (quoted from
http://www.math.bgu.ac.il/~amyekut/publications/dpic-jap/dpic-jap.html)
