It's been a few weeks since I've scanned the blogosphere and I found
this interesting discussion.
As of today 29Oct2006 a solution to the commutativity problem this
discussion refer to has been posted as an update to my arXiv paper.
Essentially, I think convective matrices A_p and A_q commute by the
condition of incompressible fluids. Viscous diagonal matrix D does
not. As I see it, you have 2 choices to solve this problem: either
(1) change viscous D, or (2) seek a quantum mechanical solution,i.e.,
one with uncertainties. Many may prefer (2), but in my update I
pursued (1).
Thanks for your interest. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe
discussions like this was the original intent of the internet.
