I report it here since I know some Mathematica engineers look
at these news groups sometimes. In addition, there is no formal
method to report bug to Wolfram company that I know of.

As for posting this on the Mathematica news group, as you probably
know, this is not an option really, as that news group is heavily
censored and posts get into a long delayed queue to be filtered
and one has to wait days to find out if a post they send shows up
and it was tossed to the side, and there is a very high chance that
a 'bug' post will be tossed to the side.
