I don't know for certain why your message was rejected, but it may have been
because it was not directly about using Mathematica but rather about
business and pricing policies.

If the topic is about the usage of Mathematica itself, I don't think there
is much that is disallowed. I've made critical postings. and even a critical
remark about Steven Wolfram once, and they were posted.

There aren't that many new postings to comp.soft-sys.math.mathematica each
day and I seriously doubt that a new group would get enough traffic to
sustain itself.

My personal preference is for moderated groups. I think the discussion is
generally much more civil and to the point. But, in any case, you always
have sci.math.symbolic and that actually seemed to sork for you. So why
bother with a new group?
