Re: maxima, gnuplot, bode plots, exponents



Thanks. Maybe the best idea is to let the Maxima developers know to
send ** into gnuplot from Maxima so that gnuplot quits complaining
about not being able to graph.

Although I am really only assuming that this is the problem, since I
can get gnuplot to graph functions fine when I use **, and it whines
when I use ^, and it whines when Maxima tries to graph functions, I
assume that Maxima is sending gnuplot ^ instead of **.

Maybe I'll find a specific one that I know Maxima won't graph, and try
to make sure that I know exactly what the problem is.
