Nope. But I guess that when you print your graphics with an eps-aware printer the aliasing goes away (miracles of the eps graphics - or so I recall to have read).
and image border be 0?
AFAIK the image border shoud not show up.
Maybe you set some options in your init.file.
Try adding Frame->False after the other options.
