quadratic equations - help for test please !!!

hi, can someone PLEASE HELP, and tell me how to complete the square
on
-5x^2 - 32x + 21 ... what I did was the following ...

-x^2 - 32x / 5 = -21 / 5 get rid of coefficient on x^2
-x^2 - 32x / 5 + 1024/100 = -21 / 5 + 1024/100 adding squared half of
the coefficient on x to both sides
-(x + 32/10) ^2 = -420/100 + 1024/100
sqrt - (x + 32/10)^2 = sqrt 604/100
now I took square from both sides, but on the right, 604 is not a
perfect square ....
How do i solve thsi quadratic by factorin, and also, how do i put the
original quadratic -5x^2 - 32x + 21 into vertex from ... PLEAse Help
and explain ....
