I have a notebook and find on the printout, even in presentation mode (File->Printing Settings->Printing Environment), that the notebook has the usual
In[1]
Out[1]
In[2]
Out[2]
etc
Does anyone know how I can prevent these for a whole notebook in version 6?

says 'ShowCellLabel' does this for an individual cell, but I'd like to do it for a whole notebook.
Go to Option Inspector, set "Show option values" to Selected Notebook, select the notebook, and change the value of ShowCellLabel.
