Can 5.2 Mathematica book be installed in 6?

I know this question (or one similar) has come up before, but I don't
know if anyone has made any progress.

My understanding is that Wolfram's Mathematica book (5th edition),
which is available in 5.2, is a Mathematica notebook. Some books on
Mathematica 5.x are sold with the contents on a CD/DVD, and these can
be installed in version 6's help system.

Has anyone managed to install the Mathematica 5 book into 6's help
system?

A combination of the book in version 5.2, and any updated pages from
6, would be very useful. Even without updates it would be nice, but
perhaps it is possible to updated pages too

.
