Everything from the old Mathematica book is there in the v6
documentation, it is just not arranged nicely into sections. If I
remember correctly, someone has posted to MathGroup a palette with
links to the sections of the Mma book in the v6 docs. You could
search the MathGroup archives for it.

I believe that you are referring to Selwyn Hollis' "Help Helper" palette. See the following message for more information and a link to corresponding notebook.
