You don't seem to understand. You can create the
google newsgroup all
by yourself, and then you invite people to join it.

You haven't created it. That is the first step.

And thus I am hoping to get into academia and invite people to invest on it (in variety of posts).

In the meantime, I am ready for any seminars (sequence of them) on NEW EXACT MATH, to kick off the new era in math.

So, I hope the new newsgroup sci math. Riccati, will be open soon!
