You could try FriCAS, which is an Axiom fork. I do not have Windows, but
apparently

works. Hopefully next week I will have a newer binary for FriCAS ready, which
comes with a new user interface (running within emacs), that allows you to save
and restore worksheets.
You will need to say precisely, however, what you need to do your calculations,
best on the FriCAS mailing list fricas-devel <fricas-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
SAGE is certainly good, too. Another possibility might be Maxima.
