Which newsgroups do you frequent in which the regulars are so
well-organized?
What makes you think that folks on a newsgroup (1) naturally discuss
how to respond to questions about certain well-known facts, (2) agree
on a strategy and (3) present a well-organized response when the
question actually arises?
