I'm not sure that's actually a loophole. You certainly can't use any
number except 4 under the "no other numbers" rule, but if you use 4, then
you have used more than two 4's. Unless you're arguing that not all of
the 4's are numbers, but just the symbol "4". But that makes the
operations suspect.
