That was my point. You are refusing to acquire the background needed
to understand the explanations that you are requesting.

You're answering the wrong question: I asked how you would explain it,
not how I would learn it. The correct answer is that you wouldn't,
because the constraints I imposed make it an unreasonable request.

You're in a state of denial. Whom do you believe is morphing?

More than that: I know that most of them have been wrong. What made
them scientists was that they tested their inspiration and, when they
found it to be wrong, looked for an alternative. Even as great a
scientist as Albert Einstein had many false starts.
>I think I read somewhere that Archimedes was very arrogant. Perhaps
>you were offering praise, not insult?
Perhaps, but the only Archimedes I would compare you to is a more
modern one.
>If you wish to trade insults,
O)nly if you can find an insult worth trading. So far all that you
have been able to find is a ludicrous stereotype.

Then what would we do for amusement?

Sure, but when you ask him about the Phlogiston tank he may look at
you in a rather strained fashion.

Never heard of serendipity, have you? People Have gotten Nobel prizes
for things that they just stumbled on.

Like N-rays? Polywater?
