One could use that dull basic triangular dihedron design on
http://www.mathpuzzle.com/Fairdice.htm for a 100-sided die. It might
have to be a big die.

What's the term for those 48,60,120-sided isohedrals? And is 120 the
largest just by hunch? My def. guess- isohedral polyhedra with each
face being the same irregular polygon or mirror image polygon. But
how would the term exclude objects like that dihedron.

"Regular polyhedra" strictly refers to the Platonics.
