I accomplished a successful challenge of James Harris
and Quinn Tyler Jackson on both of their "factual"
assertions about review by "mathematicians". Their
evasions belied James Harris' appearance of being
rational about getting his factoring paper reviewed.
Oho! They said it was a "closed list". Unverifiable.
How convenient! That convenient fact (if I believe even
that alleged "fact") had to be dragged out of them with
lots of text-based pummeling.
Their "closed list" crap showed how intellectually DISHONEST
James Harris AND Quinn are.
As to Quinn, I have also accomplished something unexpected -
exposing Quinn Tyler Jackson as another crank! Besides his
evasions, which were followed by his insults and childish
referals of me as an Eliza program and "it" (which in another
thread he is now backpedaling about), look how he referred to
me (JHiN) in another very recent thread:
"JHiN, on the other hand, is an abomination. If he'd accuse me
the same way under his own real name -- great. I'd even grant him the
respect due a man with brass balls. Until then, he/she/it is just some code on Grampa Simpson's 286."
Will, you said Quinn "speaks respectfully". Well, you're wrong!
Doesn't at least one counterexample defeat the statement?
Perhaps we can see Quinn merely as being blinded to
the more disgusting behavior of James Harris, since they're
friends.
But as I said elsewhere, never accept James Harris' crankiness!
Assuming he is capable of doing mathematics, let his mathematics
stand on its correctness (if any).
But this newsgroup MUST stand up against the remaining garbage
from James Harris! If he acts like a crank and a nut, he should
be treated as such.
And if it takes a insultingly-named pseudonymous poster like
me, those cranks will have to take it. Cranks are big babies
pretending to be adults, and in some cases high-IQ and
mathematically gifted adults, who think that if they
are left alone and unchallenged, then they're right,
intelligent, and as good as professional mathematicians.
They aren't!
