Right. But I _thought_ that the particular society we were talking
about, the one at that url elswhere in the thread, _did_ have a
membership fee. I could be remembering wrong, but I could have
sworn I saw something about a fee when I was reading various
pages (on the society's site) out of curiosity, some time ago
when James had proudly announced that he'd become a member.
You _are_ a member, so it would be silly for me to bother
trying to look it up again. Does _that_ society have a
membership fee or not? (Why do I care? Who knows. But your
reply sort of feels like it's intended to correct what I
said, but you don't state specifically that what I said
was wrong - since you _know_ you might tell us.)
