Assuming the OP's desription as being sufficiently accurate (describing it as enclosed between two concentric circles and two radii), we can find by similar pies (curved triangles) the inner radius R : R/(R+198.5)=53.5/103.5 feet or R=211.3 feet.It is a narrow Pie upper half. Sector angle of the Pie is 53.25/211.3*180/Pi ~ 14.44 degrees. Area enclosed between concentric circles is exactly average of curved sides *difference in radius(Yes,just as it is for a trapezium!) as done already, more accurate data would give or take only a few square feet.
