Is it? It's not clear to me what sort of problem he's alleging.

I don't see how one can give a valid proof of a statement like:

  for all x in X there is a y in Y such that R(x,y)

and still be concerned about some analog to Cum Hoc.

What sort of problem do you think he's claiming might exist? I see
absolutely nothing sensical[1] in his claims. I see even less
sensicalities[2] in his null test.

I guess you have greater powers of JSH exegesis, so I'll defer to your
interpretation. What the hell is he on about?
