Main proposal cannot entertain a sense of humor officially,as it is
evaluated by viewing facts with cold logic.
However,oral presentation can be be humourous during the last part ;
no one can prevent the proposer bringing out and making available a
non-mandatory summary peppered with humor, or for that matter,any
other aspect that can be put forward with more impact using a free
narrative style. One may like to take a casual look at it, but make
sure it won't be counter productive.
