Since I re-wrote the paper I requested that they remove that copy, and
the site administrator for Ne Plus Ultra graciously complied with my
request.

Fascinating. So the Russians didn't remove the paper despite Ioannis
Argyros's request? Interesting.

Any ideas on how to handle this one?

Should I applaud their refusal to accept the censorship or request
they remove?

I think that by the rules they have the right to keep the paper up as
it was Argyros representing Cameron University who behaved oddly and
caused this mess.

I *have* informed Southwest Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics
that they lost any copryights by their absurd behavior but if the
Russians wish to keep up their own copy I think they adhered to proper
behavior and have that right so I won't direct them to remove it.

Sound ok?
