How to measure randomness of a deck of cards?

I read several papers, there are few approaches such as variation
distances, birthday bound and markov chain. I need a
"method/algorithm" to determine the randomness of my deck of cards
(permutation)

I would be appreciated if anybody can give me some ideas or good solutions.
