How far can you run at top speed, Al?
I outran a 22 year old, last week in
a 50 yard sprint,
(tore my hamstring a little as
we didn't stretch out-we were just
fooling around- but I don't practise
running- I walk the dog 2 miles
every day, do yoga once in awhile,
and am still a total vegan.)
Which reminds me-
when do the bad effects of being
a vegan cut in? That you talked about?
My spine seems to be uncurling
itself- I can now look straight up at the
ceiling without bending back. Last year
the angle of my pelvis changed and now
my lower back flexes in all ways again.
Remember the hula hoop?
I can hula again- couldn't for
years.
I'll race you for a block, Al,
