He does, which is why he told the Court he was a schizophrenic. He knows
perfectly well what's wrong, and he takes his meds from time to time.

True enough. Then again, if my doctors told me I should take treatment,
then in my lucid moments, I would, and I'd ensure someone made sure I
continued to do so.
