What the heck does that mean?

What do you mean by "a random real number"?

What do you mean by "a computables list"?

What do you mean by "to an infinite number of digits"?

For that matter, what do you mean by "will be"?

I can't begin to guess what all possible interpretations of this
question might be. Heck, the set of all such possible interpretations
might be uncountable, near as I can figger.
