Augmented matricies help

i can't figure out how to do 4x4 augmented matrices like

        3a+5b-2c+d=3
        7a-3b+4c-3d=15
        4a+b-c+5d=-2
        2a-4b+6c-d=11

if anyone can help me with this great i just can seem to get it i get
3x3 and 2x2's but i can't get 4x4's thanks
