JSH: Extraodinary to supposedly ordinary

Basically no matter what I discover, there are some obsessive posters
who come forward to try and make it ordinary, no matter how
extraordinary it actually is.

Like with my prime counting function, which supposedly is not only not
new, but supposedly it's hundreds of years old, but no one has ever
seen it before, and to this day, no one can show anyone else besides me
as having giving that formula.

And what now?

Now, supposedly, surrogate factoring is just some random, or, <gasp>
worse than random method for factoring!

Yet the crucial equations that defy that insanity are

Ax= Az(-Az +/- sqrt((Az - 2M^2)^2 - 4TM^2))/(2j^2 - 2Az)

Az= Ax(-Ax +/- sqrt((Ax - 2j^2)^2 + 4Tj^2))/(2M^2 - 2Ax)

where if M is some target to be factored, j is some integer of your
choosing, and the other variables are *rationals* which are guaranteed
to exist such that M is factored.

I noted in a previous post that if there's no way to determine those
rationals then in fact I've discovered a random number generator!!!

The reality is that I show extraordinary mathematics, and posters work
their butts off to try and convince that it's ordinary and they're damn
good at that job.

The problem here is that maybe I'm not smart enough to figure out
exactly how to get surrogate factoring to work, maybe not a single
freaking Usenet poster is smart enough, but how many hackers does it
take to bring down your world, if *any* of them are smart enough?

What if terrorists figure this out?

Will all the apologies in the world make a difference then?

Will all the protestations of you didn't think a "crank" could come up
with anything, or you figured it was just more nuttiness make a
difference then?

Will your rationalizations bring back a single life, restore a single
person's life that has been ruined?

You people seem to not know what mathematics is.

No matter how impossible you may think it is, if the algebra says one
thing then it must be so, and your social gyrations won't change that,
and your certainty that what I say can't be right, can't change that,
and if you die as a result of ignoring what is mathematically correct
then no one will bring you back to life.

Now then, so what if I can't quite figure it out, and if all of Usenet
can't quite figure it out?

You people are betting other people's lives. You may be giving
terrorists tools. You may be setting up smart hackers to invade the
world's systems without anyone knowing there is even a threat until the
evidence is overwhelming.

And when the evidence is overwhelming, what will you do then?

Apologize?
