t.o is not moderated by a human, filtering out verbally abusive posts.
It is moderated by a 'bot, which filters out excessive cross-posts, and
cross-posts to certain other groups. There is (by the terms of the
original moderation RFD) no restriction on content. Look for the
monthly-posted Moderation FAQ, or find it at www.ediacar.org.
