What you posted below seems like a good summary of your behaviour on
Usenet. It is a hard thing to fight against and something you will
*not* be able to do alone. You need and must get help. On the
positive side you don't need to feel "abnormal" about that - about
40% of people will seek help during there lifetimes. The only other
sub-group that is bigger is those who need help and don't get it.
