How can you be certain if you don't know what it means?

(It need not be equivalent, but rather need only imply.)

I wrote "demonstrate" rather than "prove". Let A==>B mean that A makes
B more likely. Then (The system can produce X.) ==> (An example would
be given.), so by Modus Tollens (No example is given.) ==> (The system
cannot produce X.)
